Several issues occurred but the highlights are, took between 4-5 weeks for parts to come in, when I called for an update of parts the first 2 times,( I’ve called a total of 5 times for parts update) they said it wasn’t ordered and they will get them asap. Next is initially I was told that the cost for repair was $99, however when I came in to get it repaired, it jumped to $130. My issue was I needled to keep following up, and then because I didn’t have my original paper work to show the 99, I was charged 130. 2 stars instead of 0, because the counter guys were decent to work with, but when I left, that’s where the attention to detail stops
