“Authorized Apple repair center” but they replace your battery with one that isn’t an apple battery. First store I went to they didn’t have my battery in stock. Second store I had to go back because the tech was leaving. Get my phone back after I leave the store I get a notification that my battery isn’t an apple product. Now I have to go back to them???? Stick with the Apple Store don’t use Geek Squad!!!!!!! They also tried making me pay $30 to replace it until I pulled it up on my phone and showed them it was $0. Bunch of crooks I swear!

Absolutely amazing experience I just had with an agent named Christian. No doubt in my mind this guy knows what he's doing and helped me even with my Absolutely ridiculous request. Most services would have laughed me off. Will not be going anywhere else for my computer services unless specifically required by these guys not being able to do what I'd need. Been coming here for over 10+ years and this was a top 3 experience. Give this guy a raise!

After almost an hour on the phone, I was told to take my device to a best buy geek squad for them to repair. Due to damage not being covered by the plan it would be about $200. When I arrived at the dead Best Buy on a Saturday early afternoon, I waited in the geek squad area which appeared to be closed. Eventually someone came out and greeted me with, "Do you have an appointment?" I shared that I did not and the conversation I had with customer service. The tech did not even look at the device and declared they won't touch it as I didn't purchase the additional protection plan. If I wanted, they would send it put. Cost just to send it was $85 and screen would be at least $300 more. Update: While still on the parking lot of this store, I called PC Repair and Networking in West Allis. They said to stop by anytime during open hours. I stopped 20 minutes later and was greeted by a polite, knowledgeable young man. He asked a few basic questions and shared that as they were closing, they would not have an estimate until The next day. Received a call the next afternoon. Work would take 2 days and cost $185 with labor and tax. Received a call two days later that it was done, confirmed the price and as my work hours run long, they offered to stay later so I could pick up. My son LOVES the work they did and my house will be using them exclusively.

Would give a -5 stars if possible. Went in looking for a laptop was hoping someone would ask if i needed any help. No such luck for at least 20 minutes. Everybody was too busy on their phones texting and swiping on social media and no customers even remotely near them. Then when i asked one of the associates in the department they redirected me to their geeksquad which isnt what i wanted nor needed. Poor training on managements part and horrible custoner service.

We have the total tech support at Best Buy. It is great. It covers all and any device you own with tech support. It also includes complete home delivery set ups.
