I only trust Eddie with the best in computer repair and handmade builds!! He made me a custom gaming PC and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only does it play like a beast but the wire control and overall aesthetics are superb. It was an absolute AAA experience as Eddie brings back the old school customer service. Friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable on everything you need to know when making your PC. Even if you have to drive a distance to get here, like I did, it's worth every mile and penny. Went to Eddie's with a fried GPU and power supply. He quickly diagnosed my issue within 2 days and fixed my computer for a great price. In addition, he gave me a new surge protector and lifetime coverage for any future issues. Eddie even helped me after hours with a separate issue I was having with the sound in my computer. This business offers great service and does things the right way. I had the pleasure of getting to know him and his family, and would definitely recommend to anybody else that runs into problems with their computer.

From start to finish, Eddie and Sarah were amazing to work with! I was able to share my pcpartpicker build and talk with Eddie to pro/con it. With some adjustments/suggestions from Eddie, he then built the most beautiful, premium computer for me. He went above and beyond when the case that I had my heart set on was out of stock with his normal vendors. He kept looking to find a vendor and he was able to find the Fractal North tower case I had wanted. When I encountered an issue after setting up, Eddie promptly did a remote IT session with me to troubleshoot. It turned out that I was a bit of a silly goose who didn't plug the monitor into the GPU (the cringe was sizable, lol). Regardless, he was patient, sincere, and he was able to deduce the problem quickly. If you need a premium, top-of-line PC built, Eddie is easy to work with and is a consummate professional.

I’ve gone here twice within the past couple of weeks because I have made some upgrades and I’ve never been more comfortable and happy with Eddie’s. He is a great businessman and person. His prices are so affordable for the gaming pc industry. I highly recommend going here if you are not comfortable with installing your own equipment for upgrades. The only reason I am spending my money here is because I trust Eddie more than myself and most businesses. Thanks Eddie!
