Professional and fast. Had to have a new screen put on my cell phone which they had to order. They got it done within the time frame that was promised and my phone works like new. Would highly recommend! They use OEM parts not after market parts!

I brought in my daughter’s switch to get a battery replacement to extend its life. It was slightly pricey, but definitely cheaper than getting a new system (esp when the next gen is coming in a year or two). The only downside was a 3 week wait time to get service finished. Professional service. AND Her Switch works great!

I went in for a Google phone battery change and due to everyone else needing the same thing they couldn't do it while I waited. They told me they could have it done the next day. I got there before they could send a message to my wife telling me it was done. Excellent service and great communication. They even answered a couple of unrelated questions so I will definitely be going back.

I was scammed into paying more for a screen replacement. Came to get a screen replaced for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. They said it would be $179 +tax and done in about two hours. Picked up the phone and left but then I realized the screen was doing something they later called “ghost taps”. The screen would often register one tap as multiple. Typing was nearly impossible because most letters would be “tapped” 2-3 times more than they actually were. I went back and showed them the issue and they said they would replace the screen again and that I must’ve gotten a bad one. Dropped the phone off again, picked it up later, same issue. I go back again and I’m told they will replace the screen one more time but then that was it. At this point I would have loved a refund so I could have gone elsewhere, but that wasn’t an option. Third screen, same issue. Then the guy suggested they put a more expensive screen on my phone just to see what would happen. Put the 4th screen on and magically the issue went away. I was told my only two options were to either pay the difference between the original screen I was going with and the working one (about $50 + tax), or they would put a bad one back on and I would not receive a refund, but also not have a working phone. After stopping in about 10 times throughout the week, I decided to just give them the money and leave. Still can’t believe after putting on three faulty screens they had to make me pay more for something that actually works. It should have worked the first time. Go somewhere else or get expensive faulty products here.

They shared great information with me and explained the process of fixing my computer myself if I wanted. They were transparent with turn around time and how/where they order parts. It was my first time walking into this business and would definitely utilize them when the time is needed.
