I was told at the store that someone would be calling me to set up the time for a service call to install my new printer (was on the phone with HP for 4 hours yesterday!). The service call is more $ than the HP Printer was. Anyway, no one called me all day today...I called them and was told they were be coming "around" 1:30. The gal I talked with was nice, but said if I wanted to know when they would be coming out to make the service all I SHOULD CALL THEM. Total lack of coordination, right hand, left hand sort of thing!

Customer Service guy let me return my microwave for credit without a receipt. All I needed to provide was the phone number associated with the account I bought the microwave with. Appliance guy was very helpful in helping me select a toaster oven for my tractor-trailer truck. Best best buy I've ever been to

Adam got me hooked up. My toyota had the side skirt hangin off. After gettin my remote keyless entry installed, my dude took the new clips I had and slapped that skirt back on 💪💪💪 Huge shout out to the boi Adam!!!!!

What good is it to pay $200. annually for the geek squad to come over to your home to fix a computer when you call Best Buy and get hung up on hold on the phone forever. Makes no sense.

Ordered a product with a warranty… spoke with a service member telling me to bring it in to set an appointment…. Brought it in, lucky me no one ready for my appointment which I find extremely unprofessional. Then waiting 20 minutes to finally get service the dude behind the counter spends 5 minutes on the computer doing nothing to finally tell me it needs to be serviced through the manufacturer. I’m crying laughing it’s so pathetic to be in 2022 and to not have someone cognitive enough to just inform me of that rather than wasting 3 hours of my day making the trip here and back and waiting a half hour. 😂😂😂 great job!!!!
