I will go here for all my tech needs. Ben is super knowledgeable and helpful. If you need a product he doesn't hard sell you and pressure you into buying something more expensive than you need. 10/10 love this place!

In the short time he was in our home, Ben resurrected two newer laptops that were nonfunctional for reasons I couldn't fathom. After doing this, he then cleaned out all sorts aps and other junk that I didn't even know existed, but were the cause of some major problems in my machines. I could've hugged him as he was leaving, but that would have probably embarrassed him. Terrific service at a great price!

You know...Hanson electronics has recently been recognized in the Oregon Observer as being a great, award winning business...and they have had our business for as long as I've had a smartphone...so we love them for that. And we've had some stellar service in the past from some of the employees. The one star docked is something I feel I just have to do because while most of the time we've received top notch service... we've been here enough, and spent enough money as a family through the years to get irritated when we get the occasional curt employee who cuts us short. Eh...we got over it...and four stars is still pretty darned good. *Maybe we'll bump it up to five stars if the service next time is friendlier when we ask an easy question such as whether or not they carry any Google 6 Pro cases (as we did yesterday 6/29/22). We can handle the answer "no,"...we'd just appreciate a tiny bit more courtesy and friendliness after waiting for a while behind a customer who clearly knew the only employee in the store. We could tell the worker was capable of being kind and took the time with some of her customers as we observed it in her demeanor with her friend. But my wife and I just didn't receive the same kind treatment the man before us did. I'm trying to say in a polite way that she was short with us and rude. Most experiences here with service have been slow, but good...well worth the wait. This time we just left and bought the case for less than $20 on Amazon.

Ben responded to our home within 4 hours to fix an HP instant ink problem with my printer. He was knowledgeable and efficient with his remedial service which solved the problem. Highly recommend Ben and Hometown Computer Pros
