Mike and the Guys at MAD are AWESOME. I had been looking to build a new PC for my Youtube channel for some time. Mike was will to talk with me in advance and helped pick out the parts what would work best for my build based on my needs. I took my computer in a couple of weeks ago to get my battery replaced. While looking at my battery they were able to identify that I needed a new charging port as well. This was my work computer so I couldn't be separated from it long. MAD was able to order the parts and they arrived two days later and all repairs were done in just a couple of hours. They even cleaned my computer, updated my drivers and put on new thermal tape. My computer works like new now!! Excellent service at an extremely reasonable rate. I highly recommend!
