This business deserves much more than five stars. The employees are prompt, helpful, and professional. The shop is super clean, and their collection of old Macs is very interesting. My issues were solved within a few days and all of my questions were addressed. I would highly recommend MacMan in Eau Claire.

I used to love this place had my iphone 13 pro replaced there and it went fantastic. Then I had my ipad replaced here. My ex boyfriend dropped it off for me. We broke up. He hacked my accounts and got the message to come pick it up not me. He went and hacked my apple account and changed my information to his information. They gave it to hi without checking his ID to even make sure he was the one allowed to pick it up. He stole it and there's nothing anyone can do. Take it to court MacMan said. So if you use them to replace or fix your apple products make sure you express not to allow someone else to pick it up I guess because they don't care if they give your device to someone else.

Took my Ipad pro in for cleaning the port was extremely corroded. They cleaned it very well for how bad it was and told me it would be 50/50 it would work. Im happy to say it's finally charging again! Well worth the 10 dollars

The employees here did a wonderful job! I came here for a battery replacement for my iPhone 8. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were willing and able to fit me in with less than a 3 hour notice despite having a very outdated device. Sydney did a great job walking me through the check in process and explaining everything to me even though I am not very knowledgeable about electronics. Tyler, the technician, did a wonderful job fixing my phone, I have zero complaints. He even helped instruct me on ways to help prolong my phone’s battery. I found their price to be reasonable since it’s clear to see they are experts that know what they are doing and are very thorough with their evaluation and repair. If I ever have any other problems with my Apple products, I’ll definitely make sure to come back here.

My granddaughter's computer would not power up. I took her to MacMan without an appointment and we were taken back in a few minutes. The owner was able to get her computer going. He suggested a back-up device. Not pushy at all. He truly is there to help the customer. We will certainly return to MacMan with any future computer needs.
