Wonderful service. My computer was too old to stay current, and he was able to transfer all my files onto a refurbished computer that he had available for a very decent price. It only took two days to complete what I needed. He explained everything very easily for me to understand, which I appreciated since I am not very knowledgeable with technology. I highly recommend using their service. I am extremely satisfied.

I called with a question and it was immediately clear I was not going to be a high-paying client. The tech spent quite a bit of time volunteering his expertise, even giving me free information on how I could fix the problem myself for free. I'm absolutely satisfied at this time. Bear in mind when you do have a sincere problem that there is a minimum payment amount regardless of what you have done. That's the only reason I'm giving 4-stars, however they do need to make a living so that also makes certain sense! * Editing my review: I have now visited a few times. I trust them with my devices and vastly prefer them to The Geek Squad. I believe they deserve every penny they charge and I do not consider them over-priced. Unlike the Geek Squad, who are over-hyped and over-priced!!

I have been here a few times, the team behind the counter are all awesome. They continued to keep me in the loop throughout the process. I had an error message and my laptop was running slow, made working a bit difficult, they recommended a few options and prices. Once I got it back I had to leave a review, I normally split my screen and have about 20 tabs open, and its crazy how fast this laptop is! Thank you!
