Awesome place! Fast service and great people! Quick repair on a cracked screen with no picture. They first explore options if you have insurance or not and then evaluate the issue within a few minutes and then give a pretty exact time frame of completion of work. If you ever have an issue please stop in and have these guys diagnose it with your electronic devices! They have numerous services to offer!!

I had lost a folder containing many home made personal pictures & posts I use for birthdays & anniversaries which meant alot to me. The technician was able to locate the lost folder and restore it to active status. I was very greatful for his immediate help with this problem. I came in with an issue of downloading photos. I went to several places trying to download the photos. But for whatever reason. I couldn't get it done. I saw Ryan at Ubreakifix. He quickly discovered the reason that I was having trouble. He showed me exactly how to download the photos. We worked together. And before you knew it everything was good. And to my surprise. He didn't charge me anything. I had been trying to get these pictures downloaded for 5 months. He had a solution within less than 1 hour.

I am an account manager with AT&T. I am very disappointed with the uBreakiFix the very first appointment that we were set up essay that we would. They would actually send somebody out to get the phone repaired and they didn’t do that second time they took told us to come here and they said they were closing and they cannot even look at the phone the third time that we had they told us to come back and we came back and there was a lot of confusion’s with the turning off the find my iPhone and when that happened they open up the device and they didn’t have a not even battery replacement. This is a Nana iPhone 16 Pro Max. He was iPhone 15 Pro Max. I truly believe that they should carry this battery for consumers and not just a chase somebody out and saying in a white we’re gonna be closing the door on you and you’re gonna have to deal with the AT&T. This is some thing I have never dealt with in the past in this case, I would ask the pin or take the device right to Apple under 12 month manufacturing. I am very disappointed with call you break I fix as I am a long tenure employer with AT&T.
