Absolutely wonderful service! I called an hour before they closed and they gave me a quoted price that was EXTREMELY reasonable. I had the thermal paste re-done as well as a new power supply for $97 total!!!! I can't recommend this place enough for any maintenance or part swaps you want done!

I am a bit of a computer enthusiast myself. Had a problem with my PC crashing and was unable to figure it out. He was able to swap in-and-out parts and figure out that my hard drive was causing the crashes. This is not a very common issue at all whatsoever. He wasn't even going to charge me for diagnostics. Since troubleshooting was one of his services to which he holds at a high level, I had to buy some stuff and pay him something. Top notch.

My computer was running slow then stopped working altogether. I called JR Computer Service and Rick told me to bring my computer into the store. I did and I am very happy! He was able to fix my computer in a few hours and for a reasonable price. It runs as if it were brand new! Rick was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
