Caled was incredibly helpful, I am not the most technologically literate. I was able to get support transferring my data to a new device that I was unable to receive elsewhere. Omer-Nelson recommended I buy a new iPhone when the new ones are released in January, instead of trying to get the sale; this was what was best for me. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions.

We came into the Verizon store and talked to a service rep named Caleb, he was so helpful and patient with my friend who doesn’t understand her phone. The funny thing is is she’s not a Verizon customer and she had an android and she only wanted a few things, but it cleaned it right up for her and now she’s completely satisfied and understands her phone so much better! The staff are always helpful and friendly. They don't try and upsell, just explain options. We hired the home electrical services. Responsive, on time, professional, courteous. They did what we asked, and made suggestions that were practical and helpful. Will definitely rehire for future projects.
