Trying to find somewhere to fix my Nintendo switch. Googled and this place come up. Called and asked and I was told yes they could. Made an appointment got to the place and the employee told me they do not work on Nintendo switches. I thought that was very unprofessional and lying to your customer. Would not recommend. What else are they lying about.

Absolutely a complete waste of time!!! First off my Apple Watch Series 9 was in pristine condition and on their confirmation paper they gave me they put repairable damage, when I asked them about it they said they put that for all devices not new… (seriously, my item was in new condition) no scratches or dings nothing) on top of that I got my Apple Watch back and was told they could not duplicate the issue… All they would have to do is make a call from the watch to hear the loud popping and crackling sound it makes when on a call… I also can still not connect to cellular… It’s like they took the watch from me, held onto it for a couple days to act and make it appear as if they were doing something but it just sat in a container the entire time… It’s still under warranty so no wonder they don’t want to admit there is something wrong with it and that it needs to be replaced… Absolutely don’t waste your time…

Not much left anymore since Best Buy has hiked the prices of total tech and taken away most of the quality services. Pay more get less. Most repairs cannot even be performed on many items taken into Geek squad which renders coverage worthless. Also, protected items that have a replacement guarantee will only be covered with prorated refunds minus deductibles that are NOT listed for the item. Ex: a $40 item will be replaced with a $33 gift card!! Again, PAY more GET less! Tried to purchase 3 electronic items - could t get help so I left.

I think it is ashame the way Best Buy has done people. That us why we delt with them. With the Total Tech we had it was awesome. Now they have changed it. You still have to pay for the Toral Tech but they want to charge you to gave someone to come out. They are defiantly going to lose business over this. We have purchased a lot from them but I guess we will have to take are business some where else. It's sad because my husband and I both have health issues and can't get to camera's to take them down and bring them in. Thanks for taken people for a ride

The geek squad in Parkersburg is awesome. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. I had several employees of the geek suad offer to help and to help me.
