Shout out to geek squad for taking care of my cracked screen today. They were very obviously busy but were very curious and professional. They had my phone fixed in no time and I couldn’t be happier. Keep up the good work.

They out source most of their work hardware work on laptop. Some software issues they can fix if you schedule online first. But overall nice people working there. It's a decent deal if you sign up for their membership.

We bought an Arlo camera system with Insurance and since it has been put in we can not get anyone to come out and check it for us or return our many phone calls. Today we went to the Geek Squad in Yakima Wa and got no help there either. I am a very unhappy customer!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great experience overall. I went in with a minor defect on my almost year old iPhone. I thought for sure I would have to buy a replacement screen. They did a diagnostic on it and actually found that there was another defect where the screen wouldn’t detect my finger as well as it’s supposed to. They finished the diagnostic and told me it would be done in about an hour. I came back and it was done. All covered by warranty and done with a smile. On a side note I noticed they were using Linux for their scheduling computer. I’m a huge supporter of Linux and seeing it in use ups their credibility and respect from me too. Good job. Overall great experience. These guys will take good care of you.
