I brought PIXEL 4xl in for warranty replacement of the battery. They informed that m my pixel four XL was too old warranty wouldn’t cover it and I understand. They said that I would that if they had a battery they could put it in and it would be $90 and that was OK. They came back and said we have no battery for it. I went on Amazon and they had lots of batteries available on Amazon so I bought the one for $21 that service tech recommended and I said if I buy this one, can you guys put it in and they said yes I said great. I’ll buy it when I receive it. I’ll come back and put it in for $90 and they said OK. I said that was fine. The repair took longer than three hours. I had had to pick it up the next day at 10 in the morning which was fine and the cost was 86.60 which was fine. But then when I picked up my phone, they said we noticed there’s a lot of bubbles and stuff on the screen protector, we can replace that and I said when I brought it in my screen protector was perfectly clear and I am pretty much a fanatic on that and keep clear screen. I can’t even stand one little bubble, so they showed it to me and I said look when I brought it in It was absolutely clear. I know that this repair doesn’t involve taking the screen protector off to replace the battery. We can replace the screen and give you a clear screen. I asked at no charge? They said no we’ll have to charge you for a new screen and for the labor to put it on.I said no and thank you for doing the battery repair, but I’m a little upset that I come back in my phone is not like I left it with you. I don’t think I will be returning to you for future service on any of my phones. I have enclosed the picture of what my screen screen look like when I got it back. I just wish that I had taken a picture of it before I dropped it off because it had it was absolutely clear I had just replaced my screen protector about three weeks prior to that. Then to have them tell me that they would not replace it for you Thank you. I will not be returning here I have enclosed the picture of the way I received my phone back and all the multitude of bubbles that were in. It had to go to the person I go to all the time to put new screens on and I happen to have another screen at home , I took that with me and the place I took it to replace the one I had for $10.87 Now my screen is absolutely clear again but I will not be returning to UbreakIfix and return it to you in worse shape than you brought it in , thank you very much. I will attach.

Avoid this location unless you want to have more issues with your device. When handing over your personal device worth $100's or $1000's to a store, you want to trust those people. You hope they are honest and have integrity when handling said device. Unfortunately, that is not the case here at this location. I originally went in for a simple cracked front screen replacement on my 2 week old new Samsung 24 phone. Had insurance and was told it would take an hour. I ended up taking it in on a Wednesday night a few hrs before closing. Was told it would be done before closing, and it was, but there was a issue. The problem was that the tech handed it to me and walked off to fix another customers screen that they had just fixed and given to him before me. His phone had issues with a prong under the screen they just replaced. My phone, when they handed it to me, had clear visible scratches all around the frame where it meets the glass. There was also a bump/bubble under the screen they just replaced, kind of like the other customers' phone. An honest person with integrity would have told me of the damage they did and tried to fix or make it right. Instead, I feel he handed it off and was hoping I wouldn't notice the damage. When I brought the scratches and screen issue up to them, they acknowledged it was damaged by them, and I was told they would order and replace the frame they damaged. The screen just wasn't pushed down all the way, according to him. Then, I was told the part was ordered and would come in and be done the next day. They pushed the screen down, and the bubble went away. I waited and never heard from them for 2 days, so I called them on Friday and was told the part was put with a different order and wouldn't be here for another week. A week later, I got a call saying the part was in. I took it in on Thursday at 4 p.m., and I was told 1 to 2 hours of waiting. When I got back 2 hours later, I was told that the part was the wrong color and they couldn't install it. Then I was told my phone was still taken apart in case I wanted to leave it overnight. I was obviously annoyed/ pissed off, and I showed/ expressed it. I had them put it back together and reorder the right part. When they handed it back, it now had a digital line going across the screen, and the little bubble/ bump from before was back. It was pushed down, and 3 more large digital lines went across the screen. Was told they ordered the correct part and would replace the screen as well the next day. I was not confident in them and no longer trusted their competence or integrity, so I called Asurion and discussed all the issues. They decided to replace my phone as there was probably internal prong damage now. I also learned they did not create a new work order for the damage they caused like they were supposed to according to asurion, so it seemed they were trying to cover up and fix the mistake without a record of the issue. They did fix it today even though they didn't need to as my new phone showed up a day early, and while I was waiting for them to call me saying the part was in. Now Asurion will be getting an almost new phone mailed back instead of a scratched frame and broken screen. I understand everyone is human, and we all make mistakes, but don't try to hide them. Own up to it and try to make it right before the customer has to say something, and there will be no issues like this going forward. The non apologetic attitude and the poor compensation for my wasted time and inconvenience (free cheap and poorly attached screen protector) is the reason I chose to waste your time today and will not be returning to this location ever again.

Took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to have the standard outer glass replaced. Lots online about $150 but I needed it quick I brought it to this shop. Called ahead to see what a timeline was and was give 2 hours to wait. Sounds good. The associate I felt with when I first got there was great. He told me 2 hours easily which worked for me. Killed 3 hours to give plenty of time for them to work. Showed up 3.5 hours later and was told 15 minutes. Aka I’m going to go in the back and repair it right now while you wait. Whatever, I know these aren’t the best run establishments. Come back 15 minutes later and was told 15-30 more because the tech “had to step out”. Overall, I come back 20 minutes later and it was done. Overall terrible experience. Was given a 2 hour timeline and ended up being 4. Waited 30+ minutes on pickup for then to compete.

A very sorry experience. I took my laptop in for repair and was told it would take a few days and would be about $80. 3 weeks later, the cost was $217. Well, that's regrettable, but cheaper than a new one right? So, OK. I brought in my wife's tablet, as she said it was slow. One of the technicians also talked me into taking out a $30/monthly insurance policy, assuring me they could come to my house and fix electronics. Then, I got home and my laptop doesn't connect with my printer nor scanner. I called the shop and was told they don't make house calls. I returned to the shop with the laptop and was told that during the time they were repairing my laptop, my printer/scanner must have broke. Yeah, I call B.S. too. I retrieved my wife's tablet, fortunately with no damage and will never use nor recommend "UBREAKIFIX" (ironic, right?) again.

Fixed my device, just bad communication. I was told they would diagnose the problem, then contact me and inform me of the problem and the price to repair. After more than I month with no contact I went in, and they had fixed it and didn’t inform me of anything. But it is fixed, so that’s good.
