We had an appointment here today 10/5/24 for my daughter’s phone with charging issues for her iPhone 15. For some reason the charge cord would not stay in the connection port. It was loose and would easily detach and not charge. One of the Apple agent (failed to obtain his name) seemed to know what to do. He explained that he would open the phone and clean up the area and it should be good. He was definitely on point. We tested it and the charger stayed in like it should. We also purchased an AirPods 4 for a great price of $129 🤩 Service was awesome. All in all. We were in and out within 30 minutes. 😅

Went to Apple Southcenter to get my main iPhone 13 Pro screen being fixed (thanks to my WIFI only iPhone 13 Pro Max, I was able to communicate with them to get my phone back). My iPhone 13 Pro previous screen replacement was a defect and it came to a point that it was bothering me oh very much lol! Came in and got it replaced! Outstanding job!!! Looks like a brand new phone!!! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍! ***Excuse the dust on the video LOL***

Mixed reviews about this location. Sometimes I get a very nice person and sometimes it seems like they don't want to work here at all. I have no had to use the genius bar here so idk how they are but sales and pick up are what my reviews are about. Location is in a great one, except if you're trying to go on the weekends. Parking can be a hassle! Best to go during the day. Clean and well stocked!

Thank you Kenton!! Came in for a firmware mismatch on my replacement airpod. Left with a different replacement :) Waited 30min 2 times to see what they could do, but even then was very happy to see them trying everything they could to resolve my issue. Customer service was great, made an appointment and it was fairly busy, they still managed to find time for me even after my appointment slot was done. Thank you!!

I hate leaving negative feedback at any business but when you have to wait 30 minutes to get help after you checked in? Its ridiculous. The Store had about 10+ staff on 2 of which are ONLY CHECK IN “hosts” the rest seamed disorganized, no manager taking charge IMO. I love the Apple brand and their products but if this is the customer service they give at all their stores 😬, I will stick to ordering online.
