Quick Repair at Tacoma Mall is fire🔥! The team here is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were able to address multiple repair needs promptly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s screen repair, battery replacement, or any other phone issue, I trust these guys completely. The owner is beyond reasonable, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about providing top-notch service. This shop is an essential staple in Tacoma Mall, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my phone repair needs!!! ******CAUTION******CHEAP PHONE REPLACEMENT PARTS I RECOMMEND SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY AND HAVE IT FIXED WITH ACTUAL APPLE PARTS. I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in on 11/17/24 as my screen completely went black and would not work. I took it to the Apple Store. Apple wanted $399 plus tax, but there would be a two hour wait. I stopped by quick Repair on my way out of the Apple Store to see if he could help me out for cheaper price He stated that he would do it for $340 for the full screen replacement and that there would be no difference and that I could not see any difference. When I asked if you use the same screen as Apple, he told me Even Apple doesn’t use Apple screens for replacement. (Later he tells me he never said this) so I paid him……and he fixes my phone. I go home and I noticed I’m having issues. I messaged him a couple days later about the issues.. (Dead spots and top corners of the screen) he assured me that if I bring it in, He would fix it. I live about 30 miles away from the Tacoma mall so it took me almost 2 weeks to get there but I did show up 10 days before my “30 day warranty expired” he tested the phone and determined the screen he had initially installed was faulty. So he swapped it out. I get home and I noticed there’s a huge black line about a quarter of an inch thick around the whole screen of my phone. Also, the proximity sensor is overly sensitive and turns screen on and off while I’m on a call, Even opening apps while I’m talking. I messaged him about it the next morning. He told me that he never said that I wouldn’t notice the difference. He said that I was outside of my 30 day window. And then rambled on about how Apple didn’t want to fix my phone even after Sent him a photo of the email from Apple the day he fixed my phone saying my part was in store, on hold waiting for me to be repaired. I highly suggest just taking the two hours It takes at the Apple Store to get your phone fixed right and spend the extra $60. At this point, I’m headed back to Apple to have the screen replaced professionally with GENUINE Apple products I let Jay know that I was Going to Apple to get a genuine screen replacement And that I wanted my money back that’s when he said I was out of my 30 day warranty window. I even sent him a picture of my phone on his table the day he did it dated for 20 days prior. Then he started saying that I dropped the phone and that’s why it isn’t working properly. I am warning you. This guy is all over the place. He’s really nice until he gets your money. I’m Off to the Apple Store to purchase another screen! Almost forgot when I Asked for the refund and he denied me. I told him I was gonna make this review and he told me it’s OK…… karma will handle it!

Fantastic business. I have a Galaxy S10 that needed new battery. Called 1 place, said they'd have to order it, would be 2 weeks. Called another, same thing, but in 4 days. They said they'd send me an invoice, but never did. Drove to Quick Repair at the mall. He had the battery in stock and changed it in only 10 minutes. Gave me my phone back and old battery. AAA+++

This guys really good on what he does, can pretty much repair everything no matter how bad the phoneis.. He works really fast as well!
