We were shopping for a birthday gift and my wife got a free demonstration of the latest reality magical glasses headset. Apple has come up with an amazing product, which is very immersive experience. You move the cursor using your tips of the fingers or your eyes all in all, it is good to see what All has come up with since Covid, the last time that we visited, the store was before Covid

The “genius” who helped me was a condescending rude human. My 3 week old 16 ProMax Went to a black screen and wouldn’t power up. 1 st I can say it was noticeably clear that they put all the people of a certain age group at one table to wait for service! Others at the table commented on that fact. Then they had 3 techs standing together chatting and looking around like they had nothing to do while 3 of us were waiting to be helped. When the “genius” approached I asked if there are any know issues and he said that there will always be issues and maybe I should go back to using an android! I sat there in disbelief of the lack of care and professionalism. I asked if he could tell why the phone went black. He pulled up some screen that showed all the engineering info, then he asked me if I could read and make sense of it! He said I can’t read this, Can you? What in the good heavens is going on with lack of customer care?!! I will avoid that store like the plague I’d rather drive the distance to an out of the way location in hopes for better customer service. Or I might be better off taking his advice and going back to an android so I never have to deal with rotten apple service again.

I had a fantastic experience with Nick, especially after breaking my screen earlier this morning. With emotions running high and the urgency of getting my phone fixed before the workweek, Nick handled everything with exceptional professionalism. From the seamless check-in process to connecting me with a technician, he even took care of my phone repair before his break, showing a true dedication to customer satisfaction. Nick clearly explained the difference between a display fix and a full replacement, and I was relieved to find out the display repair was covered by my Apple Care plan. He also helped me choose the most affordable and convenient option—fixing the screen in just 3 hours, which was incredibly quick! His calm and efficient approach made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend their team for anyone needing phone repairs.

Came in having hardware difficulties on my mac and having trouble with restarting. Jeff, my genius bar tech, helped out so much. He gave me excellent service and even had other genius bar experts take a look at the troubleshooting process. Even with the store being busy, Jeff still made sure that I was taken care of and updating me throughout the entire process. Thank you, Jeff!!

We came in yesterday to exchange a watch had name taken, but then got switched personal three times. The total exchange to 3 hours, but what made it more frustrating is they said they had to reset everything plus reset watch before they could charge her. Even after that she still had to go to ATT because they didn’t know how to connect the watch in the store which I could google and figure out in 10 mins. You call them apple genius you might want to change the name.
