Ricky was an absolute angel. I have never had such a good experience at an establishment. I needed heavy repair work done on my Mac, and Ricky’s kindness and understanding made the experience so much better than I ever expected from going in to get something fixed. He recognized me weeks after dropping off the Mac, and the way he treated customers, even at such a large establishment, was full of kindness and respect.

Nezar was the absolute best. He was professional, patient and quite thoughtful. I went to pick up an order quite late in the afternoon and it was already dark so he suggested I go get my car from where I had parked and he would bring the laptops to my car when I was outside the door. I really appreciated that gesture and he made sure that all the questions I had were answered.

Literally the worst place on earth. I have a brand new phone that didn't receive/send calls and my cellular data didn't work and they acted like it was my service providers fault as if I didn't spend two hours with them before trying to fix the problem. The way I was treated by the staff was absolutely horrible. I was constantly ignored by the staff, and told false information. When I went to drop off my phone I arrived on time and the staff told me 1 minute. 20 minutes later nothing so I ask someone, they say 5 minutes. another 15 minutes goes by and I ask again...another 5 minutes. I understand it was for circumstances the staff could not control but every time I had to ask either the staff member didn't come back to tell me or literally interrupted me as I asked questions. I have honestly never felt so disrespected before by a store like this. When I got home to open my phone, everything was deleted even though I was told that there was a possibility only some of it would be erased. I honestly wish the staff would of been more clear on that but they were not. What bothers me so much is that when I first went to take my phone they said they would be more clear about the data issue when it came time to bring it my phone and they would reiterate through the whole process after I signed the waiver...they did not, which I now regret. The communication and respect was not there for me. This whole process has caused a huge inconvenience in all parts of my life and I was treated like it was not a priority. This store is an embarrassment to Apple

Went in to have a chipped link on my watch band checked out. Had an appointment and received confirmation text to arrive fifteen minutes later. We were told to sit at the Genius Bar and someone would be right with us. After another fifteen minutes we were finally acknowledged. The guy talked to us for two minutes, disappeared into the back, and after another fifteen minutes we left. Terrible experience, especially after having to drive all the way from the Tri-Cities for it.

I was unavoidably detained last night causing me to be 15 min. late for my appointment, which was just before closing. David stepped up to help anyway, even though it may have kept him from going home on time. I wouldn’t expect anyone to show this kind of dedication to customer service, but David came through for me when he didn’t have to. Greatly appreciated-
