Ray does good work. He's very honest and very knowlageable about programs that will help you have your computer exactly how you want it. My computer had some complicated issues and I had to have it repaired by manufacterer under warrenty. However I am confident in the work Ray did for me and I will definately bring in any computers in the future that have issues because I know they'll be in good hands!
