Came back I love staples this places we came to print some more stuff for our business and they have the whole section for cards business and the best customer service on top meanwhile we where looking for new desk and they have amazing new stuff for decor tottaly recommend

So in the final hour before closing, Stephen saved the day!! He was able to print my labels quickly and made them just perfect! Stephen and his team mate Sydnee were so kind to me. All Staples locations need to follow this crew for the best service! Customer service here is 10 out of 10!! Best Printing period!!! Every one working this night was absolutely awesome!! Employees were friendly and courteous. The one I dealt with was happy to explain that the current Windows on the laptop I wished to purchase was active and didn't need a product code. It works great, by the way.

Good service! They held onto my product even though I was a day late picking it up. They honored the price I was quoted over the phone even though the price originally rang up as more. They were polite and helpful. The store is clean, birght, and well laid out.

When I first noticed that our several year old Staples account didn't have any purchase history I tried to get a chat associate assuming it was a fluke. The chat associate explained that we have 2 accounts: 1 that we order from and a mystery account where all our purchase history and billing information goes only they can't find it and we never opened one and anyways that doesn't make sense even if there were 2 accounts. I tried again a few days later and got the same response so I asked to escalate this to a team lead. Several days later a "team lead" left a message for me and I left a message back. She left another message and I left another message back letting her know that no one has time for that kind of BS and we wont be using them anymore. The problem still has not been resolved. They are still trying to explain why our billing info and purchase history is being sent to a different account that no one can locate and they have offered zero resolution. Looking forward to playing more phone tag.
