Five-year old desktop with SSD full to within 2GB due to growing Windows 11 and SSD wear and tear. Upgraded to 500GB SSD and cloned the old 128GB SSD so well that Windows booted seamlessly. TURNAROUND 24 hours! Hint: Think and ask about other service you could have performed at same time to save time and money. I could have added a spare hard drive while the box was open. Note: They also love to recommend good software for Apple and Windows. (Windows 11 doesn't support some Microsoft legacy software, partly because there are free alternatives now.)

I've been bringing my computers here for years and I am consistently impressed by both the quality and honesty of their work. As far as I can tell, their work is always good, and in one incident when they were sent a bad part they did the full replacement and expedited it for free. It is clear from their signage that I couldn't disagree with them more politically, but that is only a testament to how good their work is that I will come back again and again despite those differences because of their exemplary service.

Awesome experience. My laptop wouldn't power on. I assumed it was the loose usb-c adapter, took it in, then learned it just needed a reset done by unplugging them holding the power button for 30 seconds. They didn't charge me either. I'll be taking my laptop here for my next problem (knock on wood)

I accidentally plugged my android into USB port on my laptop and it died instantly, wouldn't start after that. Took it to Seattle laptop ,left it there for repair. About 20 min after I left ,I received a call from the owner that my laptop is working now. The owner opened it,disconnected and reconnected a few things and it started to work. I authorized $ 150 for repairs without calling me,he could have just let it sit there for a few days and then charge me $150, I would of never known, but he didn't. What an amazing and honest man ! I will tell all my friends and take my computers only here from now on. Thank you Seattle laptop!
