These guys are awesome. They were super honest and helped me resolve a hardware issue with my laptop. I spoke with them for a while and could tell they knew a lot about software as well. 10/10 recommend.

I've learned over the years to judge repair services not by how they handle at their best, but how they handle things when they go wrong. I needed them to clone and upgrade the SSD in my laptop and while cleaning the dust out, one of the internal fans broke. These things happen. They called me immediately, filled me in on what happened, ordered the parts, and fixed what they broke promptly and free of charge. They were upfront and transparent with everything and handled it exactly as I would've hoped. It's refreshing to see an honest, capable repair shop, and I'll definitely be using them again.

It's normal to be weary of a business you have never used before. Not the case here! I found Progressive Tech to be very helpful, friendly, willing to answer all my questions, and fair with pricing. I'm not weary of them any longer and highly recommend them.

Called the shop for a quote on MacBook Pro touchbar replacement. Got put on hold, and they never came back. They also said that touchbar alone can not be replaced, and they'd need to replace the entire top case, even though there are 25 min youtube videos of techs doing it.
