As a technically challenged grandmother, I tried setting up my new printer myself. After days, weeks, and finally months, of trial and successive errors, I happened to be passing Cline Computers one day and thought I wonder if they could help me? It took another week for me to gear up the courage to call. I just knew they would ask technical questions that I would be clueless to answer, but Joel answered and was so reassuring. Told me they could help me that day and Will quietly hooked both my computer and my printer up in less than 20 min. No technical questions just kind amazingly super service. They will be my go to from now on. Thank you so very much, Joel and Will at Cline computers!!!!

I can not say enough good things about Cline Computers. One day my computer just wouldn't power up. I called the shop and from the top, I was told it might take a week or to if I brought it in. This was repeated when I dropped off my computer. I thought it might be the power supply and hoped it was nothing more. To my surprise I received a phone call just four days later letting me know everything was ready. It was the power supply and the technician actually apologized that the unit was proprietary therefore it took a couple of extra days! What tremendous service. One thing I really appreciated was there was no attempt to upsell me to anything else, so rare nowadays. Should I have the need, Cline Computers is where I will take my computer!!

I thought that I got good service. We were very frustrated with problems with Windows upgrade failing. They were able to solve the problem after trying several approaches. While busy at the start of the school year, they eventually got to it and kept us in the loop all the way. Good job, thanks!

Several cases of support, be it in the shop, remote access, and at my home for multiple units. Significant reduction of my “technology frustration.” Pricing is very reasonable. Pleasant and respectful staff. Staff often logs in remotely, saving time and travel. Have also made "house calls" in the past.
