Guy charged $107 to check a computer my partner and I had built. Removed key components, unplugged half the case fans, and told us we had shorted the motherboard. The whole case smells like cigarettes and when I got it home and (this time correctly) installed BIOS then entire computer booted up seemlessly. *We will have to plug the case fans back into the headers he uninstalled them from.*Edit, the case fans booted up slowly and I was too hasty in writing my review. Everything else remains the same. He also told us that "If we used air cooling we would be running at a constant 75-80 degrees even when idle" And coincidentally recommended that he charge us 3 hours of install to redo our cooling system with liquid cool. 0/10 do not recommend.

I called them a week ago to make an appointment and they didn’t bother to call back, leave a voicemail, or text. Nothing. If they are busy they should tell you so that you know how long you have to wait or move onto something else. You’d think they would be better about this if this is the only way to get an appointment is to call their voice machine. Mind blowing how bad their service is. Very disappointed!

Lazy dude. I went with a laptop fan problem, and he was telling me , he needs 200 dollars just to open the laptop. I solve the same problem with 30 bucks in another store. Don’t waste your time going to this guy. His demeanor is also very poor. I wish I can give negative star.

Went in for a bad charging port and possibly a bad battery. Expected to have to either get the battery replaced or get a new phone. Instead he cleaned the charging port and told me to wait on the battery to see if the phone would hold a charge better now that the port was clean. A week later my battery holds a charge much better, and I only had to spend 20 bucks for the cleaning instead of over a hundred for a battery. Knowledgeable about his work and wants to save his customers from unnecessary expenses. If I ever need help with my phone again, I'll be coming back here for sure!
