Looked at my laptop and warned me that the swollen battery was probably a larger problem (as I suspected). No complaints about his assessment of my laptop or his repair of my mom's. However. I needed a new laptop and, trying to shop local, bought my new laptop through him. Paid $1000. I can find the same laptop with a touchscreen (mine does not have, but it has been about 3 months since I purchased so the extra feature cost and time cancel each other out) for about $500 online. I understand mark up, but he should be getting a reseller price and even at retail that's ridiculous. Repairs may be fine, but I never should've deviated from buying my computers at Costco. I'm so mad at myself for just trusting him and ordering it on the spot instead of researching myself.

I broke my laptop screen, they sourced the replacement, removed and replaced in the same day. Great customer service, very competent and professional. Most important, friendly, thorough, clear communication. Would recommend, no pressure, up front on cost estimate. Very fair.

"I've been a loyal customer for 4 years, and they've consistently exceeded my expectations. Every time I visit, they take the time to personally greet each customer, listen attentively to any issues, and provide exceptional service. Recently, I dropped my phone in water, and they managed to recover all my photos, which I was incredibly grateful for. I then decided to purchase a new laptop from them, and I couldn't be happier. The laptop runs perfectly, and they dedicated hours to transferring all my data from the old machine to the new one. The price was more than fair, considering the time and effort they put in. This is the only computer store I would recommend — I've been to many in the area, but none compare in terms of customer care and service. If I could give them a 10-star rating, I would. They truly care about their customers, and I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you for the amazing service, and keep up the great work!

He was able to help me out with a power button issue. He was very upfront about the cost and I appreciate that. He fixed it in about 3-4 business days and even cleaned out my fans and case glass. That was a nice touch. The only thing I’d say is he’s pretty busy with a lot of folks on there when I come by but that’s often a good sign if you have a lot of customers. When I went to pick my PC up he even went outside with me to open up my car door so I didn’t drop my computer. He’s kind and easy to work with guy. I will definitely use him if I ever run into issues again. Thanks man 👍

I have been taking my computers to Shawn at PSCR for several years now. Not once have I ever been disappointed in the service I've received. I admit that I'm not computer savvy and sometimes my questions seem fairly naive, but I've never been treated with anything but kindness, empathy and respect. And my laptop problems are always fixed!!!! Shawn is a wizard at figuring out what my computer is doing...or NOT doing, and when I leave, it's working great. No matter if you have an appointment or are a walk in, Shawn takes the time to help. My husband had Shawn build a computer for him and it works like a champ. Not only does Shawn FIX your computer, he also does little extras: blowing the cat hair and dust out of one's laptop; running a check on it to see if there's any evil little gremlins hiding in the software (and exorcising them if there are); and even-if he has time, because there's always someone waiting his or her turn, he'll give your laptop a nice exterior polishing. Finally, their rates are exceptionately reasonable. You won't feel as if you've just put a downpayment on a fancy yacht at PSCR! I am one happy customer and will be for as long as they're in business. Thanks, Shawn, for your excellent expertise and service!
