They either address my concerns immediately or send someone out within the hour for issues that require a hands on fix. Every member of their staff is knowledgable, helpful and friendly. These guys are the absolute best! Helped my Dad transfer everything from his old PC (which was ancient) to his new one! A difficult job to say the least. We are fairly tech savvy and tried it on our own for 48 hours and couldn’t get it done, but they did. These guys are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Don’t go anywhere else for your computer needs. The best!

Amazing experience! I literally brought my computer in and showed them what was wrong, they took it and told me an estomate of the price and when it would probably be done. Pretty good price and way easier than dealing with the hassle of fighting useless warranties.
