These guys are awesome. I bought 2 Dell laptops for my business. Right after buying the first one, it started having a weird issue, I called up A+ and they were SO nice about helping me figure out the issue - apparently the computer was fine and it was all Operator Error (meaning something I was doing). The computer is fine but I just appreciated how nice they were about an issue coming up and helping me to fix it. When I had to get another computer for the reception area, I went straight to them. They're less way expensive than the other used computer store nearby and nicer.

Tom took care of my laptop issue. It wouldn’t charge. I had a bad experience at a different shop and it was nice to have an honest answer with a solution that didn’t cost an arm and leg. I will recommend this place to anyone I know.

Very professional while at same time giving you personal attention. Listening to what your seeking to accomplish with the computer you purchase, no pushy upscaling sales pitch. Everything is handled in house so completely familiar with every aspect of the machine,internal/external, be it laptop/PC tower. The feeling of satisfaction is reassuring as you leave with a quality piece of technology for the right price with the invite if you have any questions or issues to please call or come back in, always happy to help..🎶.now you have a friend in the computer business 🎶💻🖥️

Not a great experience in person. Tom seemed very friendly on the phone but in person not so much. He spoke very softly with a high level of trepidation on top of making us wait for about 20 min. Said we would not be able to return the iMac if it wasn’t compatible with the (Apple)logic software and interface. He has zero interpersonal skills. Won’t be back.

Tom & Rhonda are wonderful. Taking the LSAT remotely, microphone stopped working during writing test,so it was rejected. Rhonda got it up and running within 5 minutes. Did proctor test, and it is ready to go. My stress immediately subsided when Tom says we got this. Thanks, Kim & Hunter
