I only occasionally use this specific Staples. Prices range from bargain to over price. Employees for floor guidance are often scarce. But floor/ item guidance from available employees has generally been great, a few exceptional. Those with poor customer interaction skills apparently do not seem to last long. Maybe training? Providing life enhancement incentives to retain quality employees should be considered.

Love shopping at this place; hard not to spend my whole paycheck if I'm waiting for a ride home. Last night we had a great encounter with a worker who got the right info for us fast, found the product we needed, and even smoothed over an awkward moment at payment through good humor and energy. My mom and I were discussing him positively even as we walked out, and he kinda made our night.

The guy doing the Amazon returns is fast and efficient. I hope he gets recognition for this service. Also, the store itself is great! Never had any issues here.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because John is absolutely great!!! That said, the store looks like a dump. There are boxes and garbage everywhere and the walls look horrible. WHY DOES JOHN HAVE TO WALK SO FAR TO A PRINTER??? GET HIM A PRINTER!!!! What a waste of John's time and the customer's time! I've never seen anything so ridiculous. Come on Staples! Have a little pride!!!!

Julie was so helpful, pleasant, and kind. She helped us with our TSA pre-check and made our day. We need more people like Julie in the world.
