This is the most honest guy I think I've talked to in a long time. He Walked me through everything that was wrong with the pc and reassured me that he can fix it. Very reasonable price, very reasonable price. And I haven't had a problem since I too it there and I can game without any problems now. I trust the guy and you will be very happy with your results from John. It's now 7/1/2024 and it still runs like gold

Currently 4 stars, will update if the service ends up worth it. My only issue so far is that they had a huge problem communicating progress, if you quote a date something should be done by i expect an update by that date at the least as its professional to do so, will give it a few days to see how my fixed pc runs

My experience with John’s PC has been frustrating and disappointing. They did about $400 in repairs to my laptop and had it for over two months, but I was patient. Near the end I started calling regularly to move things along. After finally getting it back, I found that one issue was not resolved (screen keeps fading out to solid gray). I emailed John right away along with a picture. No response after a week so I emailed again. A couple days later I called and talked to Diane who said she would give him a message to call me. Three weeks later still no response so I emailed a third time. Another month has now passed and it’s obvious they don’t intend to get back to me. Very poor customer service. Laurie Johnson
