I wonder how CEO of Best Buy CEO Corie Barry feels about the horrible rating her company consistently receives. I know this as I just spent over an hour trying to reach a manager after the television install we scheduled for our 85 year old parents did not show up. I first spent 35 minutes trying to reschedule with someone with zero compassion and offered a date 10 days out. I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager, Ha! I knew that wouldn't happen. Ms. Barry, why don't you spend more time on developing a process of quality customer service vs setting growth records.

These guys we're so helpful. I'm totally impressed. Recently I needed Cellphone repair. After calling around, I went to Geek Squad in Smokey Point. They fixed my phone fast, and for less than i was quoted anywhere else. They were also so knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Will never be back! Rude Rude Rude! Agent Eric was ugly mad towards my 83 year old mother. uncalled for! I will be making contact with the management team to discuss this horrible customer service experience. Also will be canceling the annual maintenance policy. Never again GEEK SQUAD. Take your premidona attitudes and keep them to yourselves. You have a business because of customers and when you lose customers you lose business. Shame on you GEEK SQUAD!!!

I've had a maintenance agreement with the Geek Squad for years and their service has been consistently knowledgeable and customer friendly. I've especially appreciated their willingness to persist with a problem and explain their work to my satisfaction. Their troubleshooting is amazing! What they offer is invaluable to those of us who are not so computer savvy.

I purchased a Canon printer from Walmart and had issues connecting wirelessly to my laptop and cell phone. Although I did not purchase this item from Best Buy, The Geek Squad was more than happy to help me configure the printer and did not charge me anything for their service. After changing a color ink cartridge I again had issues connecting to the printer, so I returned to Best Buy and the squad again helps me without charge. I am very pleased to say that I have a lot of respect for this Geek Squad and would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable staff.
