Had a gaming desktop PC that was broken for the last few years with no fix- tried replacing every part and nothing seemed to work! Gave it to T.S. and Sally fixed it overnight perfectly. Friendliest front desk staff I've interacted with in years to boot! Cannot recommend them more, thanks!

Sally was incredibly helpful and speedy when it came to helping me put in another ssd to my pc. Very nice. Great customer service and very clean inside!

Thorough, efficient, and friendly. Very happy with my experience at T.S.USA. I brought my laptop in late on a Friday afternoon with a black screen believing it to be on its last legs. They called me midday on Saturday to pick it up, and it was working perfectly. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on a new computer, despite this one being quite old. Great shop, great people, highly recommend

Excellent service! Friendly and so helpful. Explained the diagnostic process and let me know that my laptop is pretty healthy. Beautiful showroom! Surprised and happy to find out that they offer Notary services and Ziply too! We'll be back!

My laptop was acting up all morning. Sally at TS USA Computer was super helpful when I bought it in. It turned out to be a pretty easy fix. I will bring it back when it really breaks in the future.
