Fantastic customer service, extremely fair price and extremely friendly. They were able to repair my Labtop extremely quickly and I was able to pick it up a little over an hour after dropping it off. My Xbox hdmi port was broken, dropped off my xbox and before i could even get comfortable at home i got a call saying it was fixed. IN UNDER 45 minutes! these guys are the real deal! 10/10 customer service and prices. WILL be coming back for anything electronic

Went to the first place I googled for IPad repair near me. Guy took less than a minute to tell me he couldn’t help me and it wasn’t worth the work. I was trying to get my Mom’s IPad to charge enough to transfer to a new one because she was worried she’d lose her pictures. Looked on google again and found Hamilton Repair Group. Called on a Friday 10 minutes before closing and was met with kindness and helpfulness. Brought it in on Saturday. Called back within an hour giving me an update. I told them I wanted the repair done. They were closed Sunday but called me Monday morning saying it was done. When I went to pick it up I was shown pictures and given data showing me repair and giving me info on the battery life and all sorts of data on what they did and my Mom’s iPads info. I’m very impressed and I will call them for any of my families needs in the future. I will also make sure I tell all of my friends, employees, and customers about them. I come from a place where your word and handshake mean everything and these people do work that I can trust and rely on. I hope you go to them for help because if you knew how much I needed their service to help my Mom you wouldn’t question it for a second.
