I had a terrible experience trying to get a new battery put in 2 Apple Watches. The owner did warn me that it can be a hard fix and once repaired, watch might no longer be waterproof. What I did not expect was the AWFUL communication. Does not answer the phone. Does not return calls. The only way I knew the status was to show up in person and ask. And in the end I was charged for 2 batteries, but have only one working watch. The other one was working but had low battery life when I dropped it off, now it is dead. Owner claimed he was refunding me for the cost of the battery for the broken watch, but the refund never came through. I’m so tired of dealing with this guy I’d rather lose $100 than spend any more time calling him or driving to his store. BEWARE!!!

Seemed to genuinely want to help, came in with a PS5 with a broken HDMI port. From the moment we sent it to get repaired in it came back bruised and broken and they said they said it came in that way and the HDMI port was still broken. Sent it in again and still didn't work after almost a week of waiting and sent it back in on warranty. Now its been months and zero updates on any progress and has not answered multiple texts, voicemails left during business hours, and seems to only respond after a long period of time after you ask for updates, if at all. I have even showed up to the store two days in a row on multiple occasions and they never answered the door or seemed to be there. I get that you might be talking to someone inside or maybe not in the store but a response on if i can pick up my property even a week later when I send a voicemail or text would would be nice. Still waiting for my PS5 back and hoping It comes back with the I sent it in with controller. Only reason I have not showed up in person every day till there is someone is because I'm hoping the repair place will repair my product like intended. To Update this a final time. I have since moved out of Lacey and in this year time frame have not receive a single reply, call, or any response of any kind. I never got my PS5 back forcing me to buy a new one shortly after this review.

This is probably the worst experience I have had. I broke my laptop screen in November. I originally contacted him November 26 and originally estimated my repair being done in a week due to shipping taking longer because of thanksgiving. His communication during the whole process has been awful. I had to call and text multiple to get updates of when the screen would be in. Finally a week and half after paying for the service the screen came in. However he informed me that it was the wrong screen. He orders another screen however when I brought in my laptop he texted me later letting me know that again it was the incorrect screen and he would need to order another. He said he would give me the tracking information, he did not I had to reach out several times to find out when it would be in. Dec 21 he is finally able to get me in and replace the screen however when I got home and turned it on the screen was covered in red lines and was glitching. I messaged and called multiple times and did not get a response until several days later. Jan 3 he told me her ordered another screen and would be in a few days later. Jan 7 he messaged me again saying that the screen he ordered was incorrect and he was ordering 1 more screen and was hoping it would be the correct one. We arranged for me to drop off my laptop Jan 14 but he was not at the store when we agreed to meet. He called and asked me to leave it with his friend at the shop that was next door. About 4 hours later he let me know that the new screen was flickering and that he was hoping it was fine and would let me know. He also let me know he had completely stripped the screws because of how many times her took it apart. He then tried blaming the screen flickering on part of the mother board being fried even tho I knew this wasn’t possible. After arguing with him he finally took it back apart and cleaned out any dust and told me my screen was good to go. I waited 45 minutes outside the store for him to bring me the computer back. I get home and while yes the screen was working the out side frame of the screen is damaged and now does not click back together fully because he took it apart to many times. Overall this repair was not worth what I had to spend on it and took him nearly 2 months to fix. Very poor communication and would not recommend.

I was charged $175 for a service that was not complete on my laptop. They held onto my laptop for four months and wouldn’t respond to any emails or calls when I was initially told it would take “a day or two”. I would not have left my laptop I use for college here if I knew they would charge me for taking my device apart and not replacing the defective part. I had to file a bank dispute to get my money back, and they are telling my bank that they did complete a service, so that I can’t be refunded at all. They are not forthcoming about how long it will truly take nor if the service can be completed.
