I recently moved to Poulsbo and was looking for someone to set up the network in our new construction home. We invested a lot in our smart home—things like in-ceiling speakers, architectural microphones, security cameras (inside and out), key fob door access, and a sizable wired network—and I wanted to be sure it all came together smoothly, especially since I work from home and need reliable internet. From the start, Andrew and his team at KitsapWiFi made the whole experience feel stress-free as possible. They listened to what I was hoping to achieve and guided us through the process. They even provided a temporary Starlink connection so our family could stay online as they installed the permanent system over a couple of weeks. They set up an extensive UniFi network with multiple switches and a battery backup to keep things running smoothly. Mitch took the time to label every ethernet cable and created a clear diagram for future reference, making maintenance and troubleshooting so much easier. Kevin handled the security cameras with care—inside and outside—flush mounting the interior cameras (for a clean install). Andrew was hands-on throughout the process, even climbing through the attic to run cables and install our own Starlink dish, ensuring we had a stable fallback if the fiber ever went down. In fact, not long after the setup was complete, strong winds knocked out the KPUD fiber connection, and on another occasion, the neighborhood’s fiber lines were vandalized (taking down the entire area, through no fault of KitsapWiFi or KPUD). The network switched over to Starlink, keeping us online without missing a beat. Another great thing is the direct, personal support. If I have a question, I just send a text and get a prompt, helpful reply. No phone trees, no waiting on hold—just real people who know the system. I’m really glad I chose KitsapWiFi. They made it all come together in a way that I can rely on every day. If you’re looking for a team you can trust, KitsapWiFi is the way to go!
