Brought in my 13 y/o son and his laptop today. My son isn’t the most articulate and I wasn’t entirely sure what the problem was, only that there was a problem. It took three guys brainstorming, and the third got it worked out. He was kind and extremely patient listening to my son and made sure everything worked the way my son needed and expected.

Sal at Geek Squad is absolutely the GOAT (Greatest of all time)!! He helped/assisted me and my troubles with my phone being locked and was unable to unlock it. Sal, in my opinion went over and beyond to fix my phone. I cannot tell you the exceptional, outstanding, top notch customer service Sal provided me!! He is 100% knowledgeable of all cell phone devices. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, pls go see Sal!! Thank you again!

Called to make an appointment. Appointments were a week out , on there web page they showed an opening the next day they wouldn’t give it to me. Went down to the store just to find out they only take appointments. I drove 90 miles one way for nothing. I went to a local guy, affordable PC . They got me in that day, had my PC back the next morning. I won’t go to Geek Squad again!

We fix our own equipment and have to buy some of it here. Usb thumb drives, etc every once in a while we run out of hard drives for ps5 upgrades. These guy know us when we walk in and have knowledge of right where they moved the products to to get us back to our repairs! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

Horrible customer service. I went last Saturday to fix my phone's battery, I was told I had to make an appointment. There was no appointment for the weekend so I made an appointment for Wednesday. I asked my wife to take my phone in since I am busy at work. Before making the appointment I explicitly asked if the battery can be changed even though the back glass is broken. They confirm that they can fix it. Today after my wife went it she was told they can't fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's fine if they can't fix it just say so when I made my appointment.
