Had a great experience shopping at the Everett Staples. First, bought an office chair for my wife at an amazing price online. When I arrived, the chair was waiting for me up front and was ready to go, no waiting, no hassle. Told the clerk that I wanted to look over what they had for myself and was pleasantly surprised at their selection. I had been to the Mill Creek store and that store's chair section was total chaos and poorly stocked. Everett is MUCH better and I found the perfect chair again, at a fantastic price. The clerk was very friendly and she immediately had a gentleman assist me taking them out without even asking me if I wanted help. That was nice. This gentleman was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I found this store much better than my local Mill Creek store. Well done!

This store has the capabilities to do allot of things and it's great for getting what you need. Just wish there were not such long waits when entering this place. And employees could be a little bit friendlier. Smile acknowledge the customer let them know you will be worth them shortly. Could turn this store around for the better.

Customer service everything to me, especially because it’s my line of work. Anytime I place an order for my business cards with the store. I always call and ask. When is it gonna be finished just a rough estimate on time. They give me their time and always ask And stay with no hesitation we can let you know the second they are done. When I asked today about my cards, and if they could let me know, I was told no because it was an option online that I did not choose. I asked, could you put a note to let me know? I was told I won’t be here that long today so there’s no guarantee someone will call you. I proceeded to say that OK can you still let me know either way? Then I was told yeah I guess but no promises on you Getting a callback. Customer service everything to me again And did not appreciate being told what I was told it’s not that hard to make the customer feel good by simply saying yes of course we can let you know the second we finish it even if you’re lying.

The staff was right there to help us find and purchase our printer and we used our Easy Reward points and got a 20% off if we brought in an old printer. The cashier was polite, and funny ,which is always appreciated.

I had an excellent experience at this print center. Huge thanks to Oliver who handled my last-minute, very time sensitive order with exceptional professionalism. He executed everything perfectly and efficiently, ensuring that I received my prints right on time. Oliver went above and beyond to ensure I have what I need. What impressed me even more is his ability to relate to people. He treated me (and the customer in front of me) with so much patience, compassion and just humanity. This world needs more people like this. Oh and I was in such a rush and forgot my flash drive, he called me to let me know that I left an item behind. It's the little things. Thank you!!!!
