Hello ive come in two separate occasions to cpr bellingham, and the first time my phone had a cracked screen. They ordered the part charged over 100 and then ended up ordering the wrong part. Still put the part on the phone and it ended up cracking just days later it was a very cheap low quality screen. The worker hit on me as well was very uncomfortable. This time around I just needed a new charging port for my Motorola stylus 5g phone and they were going to charge 70 dollars, I asked what other places around town did phone repair and they then lowered it to 50 bucks I find it odd that's it's always an exact price with no change... like they are just making up prices on the spot. I agree and then I had to call the next day around 3pm because I didn't get any updates from them they said it needed a new battery for 10 bucks and I agree again. We waited until the evening around 4 and my partner goes in to get the phone after not hearing anything from them about it and they tell us the phone is destroyed because the technician dropped it into water and they said the only way to retrieve my data that had life saving case files is to bring it to a data specialist in Seattle i call bull theres companys around here that help with that and they should help with the cost of the data retrieval as well. they are going to replace the phone but that doesn't cover a refund or the cost of bringing the phone in for the data. I knew I shouldn't have trusted them a second time. Ive lost years of evidence and files for extremely sensitive cases. I don't feel like they have solved the issue by buying another phone. Either it was negligence and bad practice or corruption/purposeful criminal action against me. after receiving my old phone it looks like it's been smashed around. The camera is cracked and full of water it appears to have sat in the water for awhile. The charging port doesn't look like it was even changed out it was all bent up inside.

I ruined my screen, came in, they could order a new part in a day and fix it in about an hour the following day. Got it back, everything was almost perfect, had to go back a week later due to an issue with the finger print scanner. The guy had fixed it in 3 minutes. Service was fast, honest and easy. Price hurt my wallet but that's what you get when you want it repaired instead of replaced / don't have a warranty. I do recommend!

CPR was available to repair my shattered iPad screen the very next day and had it replaced that evening. They communicated quickly and thoroughly. I wasn't aware that Apple disables thumbprint recognition if a screen is replaced until after the repair. The employees let me know this after the repair and gave me a discount due to the loss of that function. My only suggestion for improvement is to let the customer know of this possibility before the repair. Otherwise, they were professional, fast, and good communicators. Would definitely go back again and recommend to others!

Great customer service, had water spilt on my switch and something go wrong with the joycon. They ordered the parts right away and it was brought in and fixed in less than a week. Only cost me $40 for the joycon repair, paid extra to have the console water checked and dehydrated. Would return for future repairs :)
