The battery arrived at your store in the time you estimated; the repair only took an hour or so, and I was out the door. This experience was SO much better than having to buy a new phone and all that comes with setting it up. This was the best experience possible. Thank you very much!

They did a great job upgrading my gaming laptop. They added more memory and hard drive space at a fair price. They had very good customer service when i visited the location. I would recommend them for your computer upgrade needs.

UPDATED from 1 star: Cust Svc (and local Techs) reached out to me and provided additional info. Techs at shop expedited battery request; got it this morning and is already fixed. Great job as I had experienced in previous visits...Techs were great! SOMEBODY AT CORPORATE HELP!!: Change the Sunday hours on the website (to noon opening) so no one else goes through the hassle of showing up and the store being closed. Original Post: Really disappointed so far with this repair attempt as I've had other repairs done there. Made an appointment for dropoff at 10AM. Went to the store and found they didn't open until noon. Came back home and made a noon appointment. Went back again and find out they don't even have the battery for my Pixel 7. Now I'll be waiting another 3-5 business days to get a call back. When I mentioned the time discrepancy on the website, the Tech said they reported it and nothing was done. I'll relook at this review if/when I get my repair completed.

Every employee I encountered on the phone or when visiting in person was personable and professional. Because many of their distribution centers are in the Carolinas, the part was delayed getting here. Once they had it, my laptop was ready in less than a day. Thank you to all of them.
