Lost 3/3 of my packages I brought (2/3 I dropped off at the same time, 1/3 I dropped off a day or 2 later) there to be delivered for USPS. Spoke to the manager yesterday and he was nice and told me to re-contact the USPS which I did and they said that what Staples is telling me (about how USPS could lose a package) is not even possible. I asked the manager about a possibility of an employee stealing my packages. It was the same employee who took my boxes on both days (mixed race, chubby girl in probably her very early 20’s with glasses). But was told by management that there is no way. However that really is the only way that could account for them not being found. Boxes don’t just disappear into thin air. The total cost of the packages that I dropped off were altogether around $150. Will never shop or send packages through them again. I will continue to try to get the money back I lost. Edit- Almost a week after my review and Staples has yet to contact me personally. When I try to track the packages with the tracking number it states that the package is “not trackable”. Edit 12/14: got a message saying that it was FINALLY delivered to the person I sold it to however they received an empty (damaged) box. It was clear that someone opened this box, took out what was inside, and taped it shut. Staples- I was told that my situation would be escalated to corporate to figure out what happened but I haven’t heard anything back. Can someone please reach out to me to speak on this matter?

One star because a negative option is not available. On 2 Dec, I created an account, designed business cards & placed my order. Late afternoon on the 3rd, I received a call saying that the printer wasn't working. My order was canceled, and I had to call tech support to find out where my design was located on your website. Sad that your store couldn't source the print job out to another local Staples. This is 2024, yes? Internet & all? Long story short, I sent the order to another store (Manassas) & was told they would be available on the 5th. I needed them by the 6th, so no problem, right? Received a text around 4pm saying they were ready, yay! I went in only to find out they botched the job (nothing was centered per the design. I had a screenshot to show the employees). Canceled the order, refunded.... again. I tried several other local Staples to find out that their printers were down or that they would not be able to print in time. Your Falls Church location wouldn't even take my call. Office Depot came through for me. They will be getting my business from here on, and I will be telling everyone I know what a crappy experience I had w/Staples. 👍

Great people but this the second time I have visited this staples and their is only one computer to use. Normally I have my own laptop and printer but both are down and I just needed to print out some work information. I see its time for me to buy another laptop printer combo.

The worst service I have ever got. I was there to for a photo. The cashier was being rude and asked me to sit on a stool while he was helping another customer. I even told him to help the customer behind me so that the customer didn’t have to wait too long. Since he was helping another customer, I was looking at other stuffs that I wanted to buy. But, he was telling me again and again to sit on the stool (in a rude manner) as if I was not listening to him. I also overheard him talking to another customer about me. He was telling the customer that how people don’t listen and stuff like that. I felt sad and embarrassed to be treated like that. The management should definitely train the employees with customer service. I am not coming back here to be treated like how I was treated. I’d rather go to CVS or Walgreens instead. By the way, the cashier was a young, skinny African-American male with long dreadlocks. He definitely needs some training in how to treat customers.

Never stocked. Price items to move inventory that never comes back. Store is unkept a lot. It appears they are on their way out.
