Tony at Geek Zone was great! He diagnosed the issue with my laptop, replaced the battery efficiently, and even pointed out and removed a bloatware program I had unknowingly installed. His communication was clear throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Update: After posting my review, I was contacted probably within the next 20 minutes, the were very understanding and proactive in addressing the issues I had with my phone. They resolved all the problems at no additional cost, and my phone is now functioning properly again. I really appreciate their effort to make things right and their dedication to customer satisfaction. While my initial experience was frustrating, their response has restored my confidence in their commitment to their customers. Furthermore, I will definitely return if any of my other electronics need fixing. I really wanted to like this repair shop because the staff is friendly, and their prices are reasonable. However, my experience has been very disappointing. I took my phone in to get the screen replaced, and while the repair was completed in about 40 minutes and initially seemed fine, issues began to surface soon after. When I tried to send an audio message at home, I realized my microphone sounded muffled, making my voice nearly unintelligible. I contacted the shop, and they asked me to bring the phone back so they could inspect it. They found and cleared a blockage, which improved the sound somewhat, but it still wasn’t as clear as it was before the screen repair. Unfortunately, more problems emerged just a few days later. The screen now goes completely black during calls, preventing me from hanging up. Additionally, my camera has stopped working entirely, and I keep receiving warnings that both the screen and camera are "unknown parts", not genuine, and are not working as expected. I had never experienced any issues with my camera or screen prior to this repair. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. While the staff is kind, my phone is now unable to perform basic functions, leaving me with a device that is essentially unusable. I cannot recommend this repair shop based on the poor quality of their work and the significant issues I’ve encountered as a result.
