I want to this Apple Store to purchase a phone. Reading some of the previous comments I thought that I would have had a long wait to get service. I was surprised at the immediate service by the staff who was patient and willing to answer all the questions I had. I took a while to make up my mind and since I live in another country i was assisted to find out if the eSIM would work for me . Over all I had a good experience. Very helpful and friendly staff.

If I could leave a half star I would. I had an appointment to get my screen fixed at 2:50 and was told my phone would be ready at 5:25. I came back at 5:25 just to find out that my phone wasnât going to be done for another â20 minutesâ. I decided to come back 30 minutes later just to make sure my phone was ready. Instead I would wait another hour and 15 minutes for my Phone to be fixed. A mediocre screen repair was done on my phone and especially after driving 2 hours for this appointment. I was left very upset and disappointed to get my phone back at 740. Almost 5 hours from when I dropped it off. I then found out my phone had also been factory reset without a backup. This was not told me to me before my appointment and I would end up losing all information on my phone. What a great visit right??? Too be fair my appointment shouldâve been free at this point. The only reason I will give them the consideration for one star is because one employee offered me a charger as payment for waiting. Canât believe this apple. Canât believe how much money the owners and higher-ups of apple are making while theyâre employing people like this at their retail stores. Embarrassing.

I went in to pick an order I placed 3 days before, the waiting time could have improved, solely for the fact that I had somewhere to be afterwards. Aside from that, the layout was fine. I also spoke to an employee named Chad and he was helping me with my pickup, and even recommended a good note taking app which was what I needed. A chill and helpful guy, who made the process easy! Thanks Chad đ«Ą

DeJun and Sammy are the best! The team was super helpful with transferring all my data to a new phone. Making an appointment was easy and they saw me right away. 10/10 customer service experience :)
