Wonderful service. Business is as advertised on their website. They will come to you if needed. No need to leave your house. I needed to have the internal parts clear of dust and Mr. Richard came to the rescue and rendered my PC completely new and dust free. Highly recommend for any sort of computer work you might need. Richard is the savior of my Macbook! I had a water damage on my brand-new Macbook pro a month ago. I went to a local shop in Charlottesville at first -- big mistake. They charged me $80 for "cleaning the water" and told me it cannot be repaired -- without showing me the inside, they suggested me to just spend $2500 and get a new laptop. Then I went to ABC Computer and Richard opened the back of the laptop in front of me. He showed me how the local shop scratched one of the batteries and tried to cover it with tape (as shown in pic) and all the watermarks on the logic board. He is very professional and honest during the whole process. He kept my computer for a month and worked very hard to help me fix it. At the end, I was able to fix my Macbook for $700 by simply replacing the keyboard, instead of buying a new one. Language cannot express my gratitude.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, with very fair pricing. My PC water cooling pump stopped working. I called this business yesterday morning, got a diagnosis and estimate visit by afternoon and this morning got my PC back all fixed with a program to help me manage fan speed while I'm gaming and more hard drive space because he cleared out the junk programs. Richard is kind, responsive, timely and most importantly good at what he does. My gaming computer I bought pre-built had issues and I’m not the most tech savvy person. My entire livelihood revolves around my PC working. He came in identified the problem Right away, was able to get the correct parts to give it and I had my PC back and running smoother than ever before in a manner of days. It would have been same day, but we needed to order a specific part. But the day it arrived he had it installed and back in my home. I cannot recommend his services enough.
