I went in for colored copy paper and they were out of most colors. The store is nice with easy accessibility and plenty of parking. The staff was friendly.

i have been using your printers at least twice a month i have always paid for color copies at $0.80 each this day i was being charged for two pages my mistake when mailing them i asked for help why this was happening and the two people that tried to help me laughed and said i'm crazy i showed them the past payments and they saw i wasn't crazy the long haired guy at the store helped me we found the problem and fixed it i was able to get the copies out and i thank this long haired guy. unlike an old man who got all icky and made fun of the machines not working right or he didn't have my document correct then he made fun of the machine for giving me like 25 blank pages that was funny to this bald guy but really to me and the other customers in the store it wouldn't be funny just him laughing i just thought poor bald guy didn't have a childhood… poor man need attention

My last visit to Staples was super efficient! So glad they are able to handle everything i needed to accomplish. Seth was polite, managed two registers efficiently and even made a product suggestion. Thanks for a good experience!

Never using them before I arrived to print posters for a funeral. The lady I spoke with handed me a card and told me to email the photos. I did that and then a man assisted me. When I emailed the document I guess I didn’t email it full size my bad however the young man assisting me which he used the online website on there computer uploaded my images which I told him 18/24 poster did not correct the fact that the sizing was off and would not print. He actually blew up the pictures to make it fit. That again is fine but when I sent my spouse to pick up they hand him blurry posters and say there is nothing they can do no refund. Why would you print if you see the size is wrong to begin with. When he called me and explained I immediately stated your employee helped me and her response was I can’t do anything without a name, it could be anyone we have multiple guys. That is a in proper response. I’m telling you he assisted me don’t be rude to me, then we had to go back and forth for her to see it was a small size well yes I emailed it small to fit I didn’t know since no one explained send actual size. Confusion can be cleared up from the beginning if you are detailed in your instructions. But she was rude In my opinion. Your company failed me, stressed me into believing I was out money that if the employee knew there job like the manager she claimed she was then that would of been caught, fixed, and I wouldn’t of gotten poor service. Don’t tell me there is nothing you can do when you could of acknowledged yall messed up and fixed it like you did in the end. There are ways to talk to people, you made me out to be a liar when I told you I came in and received full help from your store. Then hand me horrible blurry results. Acknowledge your wrong and fix it is giving good service. I appreciate it was fixed but that should of been the immediate response I received not a combative manager that wanted to be smart with me and accuse me of lying. This was my first and last time using yall.

Needed help in finding a battery. Very few employees around to help. In fact, I only saw two employees. The young lady employee that I asked a question to I realized didn’t understand English and the help I needed was for her to be able to READ English. Never again! Come on Staples!!!!!
