Took my laptop to Jesse due to being unable to turn on the device. Within 24 hours, he contacted me with his impression of the cause of the boot up failure. He gave me the option of pursuing a repair, but also gave me his opinion that it may not be worthwhile to repair my device given the cost of repair needed. I appreciated his honest opinion. I elected not to pursue the repair and he back up my data. His diagnostic and data backup fee were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use ComputerPRO in the future.
