Amr provided outstanding customer service and addressed all the concerns I had in regards to having my computer cleaned after it was hacked. He was easy to reach by phone and was more helpful than Comcast - after dealing with them for over an hour and not being able to speak to a customer service representative with help- on switching out a modem, The ability to drop off my computer even when he was out of the office was a convenient service. Overall, Amr was very knowledgeable and professional in the issues with my computer.

There are too many good adjectives to choose from when attempting to describe my appointment. Amr was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating in assisting me with my computer issue. I thoroughly appreciated his discussion and his calm educational approach as we both delved into my computer's problem. He is professional, fair, and kind - traits which are sometimes lacking in today's customer service. I normally don't write many reviews and when i do, they usually aren't as gushing as this. When your computer has issues, normally you are expecting the worst. But this experience was fun. I am immensely happy with the results and the time spent at CompuCenter LLC. and encourage others to try this business.

Amir is a very kind man and was able to unlock my computer and reload the operating system within a couple of days. He also ordered me a new power supply--saving me the hassle. His price was more than reasonable. I am especially grateful to him and recommend his service to anyone in need of an honest man to fix their computer (s).
