When my pickup order (an inkjet printer) was in a damaged box, the store employee quickly was able to get another one out of stock for me. That was much appreciated. Everything else with the order went well, and the service in store was prompt and courteous when I picked up the order.

Sarah is always a pleasure. Best customer service, hands down! She processed my amazon return and then registered me in Tsa precheck. I went to grab a few items and she then was on the register. She told me about the rewards program and signed me up so I could take advantage of the $20 promotion. We need more people like her.

The last 2 times I shopped at Staples I found exactly what I was looking for. A hook to hang a picture and a charging cable for a new phone. I can’t show the picture hanger because it is in use. Here is the charging cable.

Stores decent nice atmosphere, older lady at the counter lovely. My only issue, get the lady at the counter a wet sponge please! Nobody needs to be licking their finger to grab money, bags etc. Please, a wet 🧽 would fix this. Update, went there again to grab a few last resort supplies for one of my shipping companies. Product was in the wrong location so I asked the gentleman with the long beard, could he see if any is available in back stock. He looked on the device and told me they had a couple in stock (stores dead inside at this time) he told me there were too many crates and no organization to go searching throughout all the crates. He did mentioned the shipment came in a few days ago, meaning it's STILL siting in the back, but couldnt give me an idea when they would be stocking the shelves. Nobody removed the wrong product from that spot either.

It seems like my previous review was deleted. I would give 0 if I could. The young man who took our passport photos was extremely rude. I can’t remember his name but he was not happy to work there at all. He is obviously too good to work there and talk to customers. He rushed us and when we had questions about the passport photo dimensions, he made us feel like we have no right to even ask questions. We use Staples for not only photo services but also for weekly and monthly office needs from the store. Since we had this terrible experience, we do not want to go there! Staples needs to hire staff who is willing to talk and serve customers appropriately. One rude employee is enough to ruin your business. I read other reviews too and seems like you need to hire new staff or have your staff go through a training about customer service.
