I took my ipad pro in because it wouldn't charge any more. I had replaced adapter and cord to no avail. They did an analysis of the pad that was only 3 years old and said it couldn't be fixed. The chips just wore out. He suggested I try updating the software to see if that might work. There was no charge for the service. I did update the software but it had no affect on the charge. I greatly appreciate there service.

After panicking for days without a phone I was thrown around from different best buy locations to a place called computer concepts. Each place has different people telling me different things or telling me my phone was basically a paper weight as I was treated extremely rude. I am no expert but I knew that even though my screen was black my phone has some noise happening occasionally so there was a small chance I could have my phone repaired. I called Icommand and I was treated with kindness and patience. They were able to tell me what had happened and were calm and very helpful. I am so thankful for them! I have a working phone again and I’m beyond grateful.
