Couldn’t be happier. My issue was diagnosed accurately. I needed to replace hardware and within 24 hours of my new parts arriving my contact at computer concepts had it installed. Through my entire process from diagnosis to bringing my computer home I received updates, advice, and felt I was always treated with respect. I could tell that the tech I communicated with was knowledgeable, skilled, took pride in his abilities, and stuck to the commitment when he said he’d have it ready the next day. All of this was the week of Christmas as well. Great guys, great shop, trust them.

While the technical work met expectations, their customer service needs improvement. The hard drive in the HP Envy laptop I brought in needed to be replaced. The lid hinge was functional but had a slight problem on one side. The diagnosis did not mention any hinge issues. When work was completed, the hard drive replacement was fine, but the hinge was much rougher than when brought in, and the case doesn't fit properly on one side. When I came back I was dismissively told "it's a known issue with HP laptops." Had I been aware of the issue when the diagnosis was done I'd have replaced the laptop rather than spend money repairing it. Before posting this Google review, I'd written to Computer Concepts but did not receive any answer from them.

Said my laptop could not be fixed after having it all day. Had to pay a diagnostic fee even though they didn't know what was wrong. A week later my daughters boyfriend who does not professionally work on computers fixed my laptop in a short time. It was a loose wire. A simple fix that computer concepts could not figure out. He said they probably didn't even open and look because the problem was apparent and an easy fix. I will not be going here again and will recommend people find another place to go.

Best experience ever with getting my phone repaired! Very professional and were able to have it done in a few hours. Excellent service. If you need your phone repaired or anything to do with computers, these guys are the best!
