I have used Anthony's Computer Services for several years, and he's always solved the problem. He's quite knowledgeable, and very patient in answering questions. He will talk me through an issue on the phone, and if that doesn't solve the problem, I'll bring it in. His work is fast, and his prices are very reasonable.

My computer stopped suddenly, with the charger light going out. I tried all the web recommended fixes; nothing worked. I called Anthony's, and he confirmed my initial guess that the motherboard had shorted. Not only did he direct me on how to find the hard drive, he personally looked at the hard drive to confirm that I was buying the right cable to read the hard drive with a new computer. Good service for a fair price is one mark of a good business. But, Anthony did all this free of charge. I'm a small businessman, and I know that word of mouth is my best advertisement, even when customers can be all over the globe. I strongly recommend Anthony's computers for his ability to quickly guide me to a solution that worked the next day, even though he made no money from it. This is rare and is a sign of someone who trusts that his work speaks for itself.

When our desktop computer, which is no longer under warranty, developed a perplexing problem with constant Windows Explorer error messages which rendered the computer unusable, my husband and I couldn’t think of who to call for help. Thankfully, my husband recalled a Kroger employee once recommending Anthony’s Computer as a helpful resource. He called Tony’s number, and Tony came to our Waynesboro apartment at about 4:00 on a Saturday, working on the computer and diagnosing the problem(s) for about two hours. He noted that there was a problem concerning the fact that there were two hard drives running on the computer, an old one that was failing where Windows was installed and a new one without Windows on it which was installed two years ago by someone else, and he strongly recommended that Windows 7 be reinstalled. Tony took the tower with him to fix the problems and reinstall Windows, and he returned it at 1:00 the following day, a Sunday. Tony had fixed the problems and completely reinstalled Windows, and in addition he copied all our programs and documents from the old hard drive onto the new hard drive and then disconnected the old drive. He also vacuumed the tower, which was very dusty being that it had never been done in the five years we’ve had the computer. Our computer is now running beautifully and is just as fast as the day we got it! Tony’s fee was very affordable for the amount of time he put into repairing it, and he’s very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He was happy to answer all the questions I asked him about different computer issues. My husband and I won’t ever have to wonder again about who to call should we ever have a computer problem in the future, that’s for sure – thank you, Tony!
